Return Policy

We hope you LOVE everything you order from The Sassy Shopper; however, if something does not work, we are happy to help! Please review the guidelines below and contact us at
  • All return requests must be made within seven (7) business days of receipt of receiving the return shipping label.  • Buyers must be able to explain the reason for their return to the best of their ability. • Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. • Returned items must be sent in with the shipping label provided by the vendor. Any other methods of return will NOT be accepted. • Buyers may NOT place credit card disputes or chargebacks without first communicating with the vendor to come to an amicable solution in regards to their purchase. 
  • Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges (or holds), due to limited inventory.
  • If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item.
  1. Before making a return please read our policy to ensure that your items meet the guidelines and contact us for a return authorization #.
  2. Include your slip that arrived in your package with your return.
  3. Please email us with item # you want to return and we can start the return process.
